We've been using Tri-State since we opened in 2012 and have found them to be helpful, responsive, and their customer service is top notch! Their billing is always accurate and when we need special services they are always on point.

Says they’re hiring on the website, but I called to verify and the young lady says “I know it says we’re hiring but we’re not”. Why put misleading information on your website?

Very Dependable company and reasonable price for garbage pickup. They have a lifetime customer with us. Very nice driver's too.

You post your honest review, then the company posts their twisted reply, blaming the customer! What a shame! That compelled me to Edit my review now, saying that it's heartbreaking that such awful companies are even allowed to continue conducting business. They Refused to tell me their legal contact information, fraudulently charged my credit card despite me repeating many times "services were not performed, do Not charge my credit card". Raised their voices at me. Bad customer service.

Best garbage company around. I wouldn’t go with a different company after being with them. They are kind courteous and they actually pick up the garbage they don’t complain and leave stuff behind, etc. my drivers name is Terry and he’s a great guy. He’s going to get a nice tip on Christmas.

Never having rented a dumpster before, had a lot of questions. Everyone from Sam to Kay to the delivery and pickup drivers was courteous, friendly, professional. They delivered and picked up on time, taking care to protect my driveway and tarp the filled dumpster. Their prices were the most competitive and the equipment was clean and in excellent condition. Highly recommend.
